How to accomplish my goals

Yes Pigs!! Yes Morris!!

How are yo doing you guys?? I am pretty fine and too nice to control by myself.

Today, I would like to mention about the title.

"How to accomplish my goals"

As I mentioned before, I have several goals from now to this December.

It is easy to say but very difficult to do it.

I understand sometimes we are going to be a quitter right??

Actually I was and I am too.

However, someone can accomplish their goals and goes on forward...

How?!

This is my way and I could accomplish a lot of goals.

WRITE!!... When you write your goals on a piece of paper, you could re-recognize your goal

PUT ON the wall!!... You can see!! It is free!!

READ!!... You have to insert your goals to your brain. Every morning, every night.

It will take just a minute!!

Yes, you can!!!

I appreciate your time!!!

GO PIGS!! GO MORRIS!! GO LAKERS!!

Sedona

Yes! Morris!! How are yo dooooooing??
Do you know Sedona??

I hope you guys know it, it is in state of Arizona and like Grand Canyon.

Sedona is one of the most famous power spots in the world.

I can surely say, here is one of the best places in my life!!

If you asked people who live in Arizona, I hope over 90% people could say “Sedona is better than Grand Canyon”

In my case, Grand Canyon 1 time, Sedona 5 times so far.

This is the result, and I love Sedona, someday I would like to bring my parents there.

As I said, Sedona has big power,

when people go near Sedona, their bodies are going to be hot, their hands will sweat…

not everybody but a lot of people will be like that.

Here is not only for travelers, but also professional sports players, artists and more.

Not only the US guys, Japanese players too.

In this time, again, my mentor who owns ice cream stores in Phoenix brought us to the Sedona!!

He treated and hung around me in every Arizona visiting.

I really appreciate that from bottom of my heart.

If you see the pictures, you could see it was great time!!

I could refresh and regain power!!

My power gage is maximum now!!

It is sure that I can do what I want to do in Japan!!

OK!! Com’n guys!! I can do it!!

Thank Hiro-san, thank Sedona!!

The last day

Yes, Morris… seriously, I felt so sad…

Today was going to be my last workday of the IronPigs.
I packed up my stuff and cleaned up…

If I met a person, I had to say good bye eventually.
Below is my last e-mail to Pigs staffs.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Sweet IronPigs

I would like to say thank you guys so much!!
The experience in the IronPigs is definitely my treasure.

I sent e-mail to Lehigh Valley IronPigs and Josh replied me. It was beginning of December, 2008
I joined the winter meeting 2008 and met Matt Provence aka MP3, and he was so fun and great guy.

I came here on February 16th 2009, and a lot of staffs welcomed me.
The Midnight Madness was on Feb. 28th... it was crazy...

The opening game was on April 9th 2009, it was awesome moment and I was so moved.
The Japan Night was on May 4th, everyone helped me but the game was rained out.
However, we did it 2 days later. The Night was fantastic and it made me cry.

And today, it is going to be the last working day of IronPigs, on May 8th.
I spent here 81 days. Again, the days were awesome moment.

Morris Records,
Made Rice Balls...200 balls
Launched T-shirts with Green Man...100 shirts
I used the ballpark laundry...5 times or more
Moved times...Uncountable

I love to work in here and love to work with you guys.

Have a great season!!

Hiroshi Morris Morioka

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

My first intern had done, but now I face new challenge.

I can guarantee
that I am going to go back the IronPigs from December 2009.

It needs a lot of things to do, and I will be able to knock them down!!

“A little more conversation, and a little more action”
It is step-by-step everyday. I can not wait to see you guys!!

Again, I appreciate you guys help from bottom of my heart.
Arigatou!! (means thank you)

Appreciation

After the wining ball game, as usual, I threw the victory pigs.

Surprisingly, my supervisor, Lindsey grabbed a mic then spoke

“Tonight, we have sad news. our intern from Japan, Morris, is going to go home after this game”
“He did great job, and we would like to appreciate his effort, give him some gifts”
“Please you guys clap your hands for Morris”

It was totally unexpected thing, and I could understand what was going on.

I got a couple of gift from Lindsey

“Pigs Big Flag”,

”Named Uniform”

”My pictures display with staff messages”

A lot of kinds of pictures which I costumed on the video board
Audience gave me standing ovation,

I could not stop crying…
I really really appreciate from bottom of my heart, and also was so happy because they accepted my work.

It was one of the best moments in this intern.
It is going to be great self-confidence, but I also can not be satisfied in this situation. I can do much better.

If you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything.

Re: Japan Night!!

Yes!! Morris!! Japan Night!!
Today, finally we hosted the Japan Night.

Because of reschedule, we could not some plans of the night.
However, we did a lot of Japanese things!!

Whether The night was not so good weather condition, a lot of people were coming to the coca cola park.

Japanese PA announce and music had played
Japanese MLB players autograph raffle had hold
Tondabayashi city (sister city of Bethlehem) video had played on the video board
Traditional contest on the field had played
People bought Jet Balloons

I could feel a lot of Japanese atmosphere.

Also, the game itself was good-bye game, I felt pretty well!!
After the winning game, we always throw “Victory Pigs” to the stand, and as usual, I went to the field and threw the pigs…

At the same time, I faced super surprising thing…
